"My parents recently had Higginbotham come out to their seasonal home in East Texas. Higginbotham diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. Their unit was 20 years old and options were given for replacement. The replacement was accomplished the very next day. Their services were fast, and professional, and everything is working great now with the HVAC system. Higginbotham is highly recommended if you are in need of A/C help.My parents also shared their appreciation for the office staff. "

"My a/c went out on a Saturday night. My home warranty plan stated they would have someone from Tyler Texas on Tuesday to come and service my unit. I explained to them that my home and this Texas heat was to hot to wait until then but there was nothing they could do about it even after complaining to a supervisor. Well that Monday I googled a local a/c company called Higginbotham. I made a call around 12 noon and by 6:30 pm on the exact same day a rep by the name of Josh showed up at my door and fix the unit in less than 15 minutes compared to the 72 hours I would have waited. Josh was nice, pleasant, very informative not only about my a/c, but my vents, and other helpful tips I can do to lower the cost of my electric bill durning the up coming summer months and what future work that will need to be performed on my appliance in the near future. Lesson learned do business locally. And by the way I have cancelled my home owner warranty plan that I've used since 2009. "
