"My a/c went out on a Saturday night. My home warranty plan stated they would have someone from Tyler Texas on Tuesday to come and service my unit. I explained to them that my home and this Texas heat was to hot to wait until then but there was nothing they could do about it even after complaining to a supervisor. Well that Monday I googled a local a/c company called Higginbotham. I made a call around 12 noon and by 6:30 pm on the exact same day a rep by the name of Josh showed up at my door and fix the unit in less than 15 minutes compared to the 72 hours I would have waited. Josh was nice, pleasant, very informative not only about my a/c, but my vents, and other helpful tips I can do to lower the cost of my electric bill durning the up coming summer months and what future work that will need to be performed on my appliance in the near future. Lesson learned do business locally. And by the way I have cancelled my home owner warranty plan that I've used since 2009. "

"Everyone we deal with here is great. From the first call, to the techs that come to the house, everyone is knowledgeable, dependable and very nice. Our A/C unit was being a little stubborn, but they didn't quit until they resolved our problem. They have come out to the house to repair our dryer before and it was the same thing. They don't stop until the job is done and that means a lot!"

"We have relied on Higginbotham AC at work for years. They installed and maintain the cooling system for our server room at San Augustine ISD. That system cools the equipment all year long. When the unit finally had an issue after 2 years of running non stop they drove out of town to get parts to replace that day. So when our 30 year old unit went out at home it was a no brainer who we were gong to use to replace it. Josh came out and provided a quote the same day and was able to get it installed the next day. Even when FedEx messed up. They said the new system would be here on Thursday but it was delayed in Lufkin and wouldn’t be here till Friday. So Josh and crew drove to Lufkin to get the equipment from the FedEx facility that Thursday morning rather than making us wait another day in the heat. They had it installed and cooling that evening. The quality of customer service and attention to detail during the install is why I recommend them. They do great work."

"Great service. Our air unit sounded like it was not wanting to come on but seemed to be cooling okay. We called them to come check it and they did not find anything. He was very nice and told us to call if we had any other concerns. This is not our primary home and we really appreciated them coming out so promptly to address our concerns. They are a great example of small town hospitality and “customer appreciation” service which seems to be missing in many businesses these days. We highly recommend them. "
